- Clostridium difficile diarrhea
- Consult your doctor if you notice bloody or watery stool or symptoms of allergic reaction

Hypersensitivity to Azee 100 Syrup is a contraindication. In addition, Azee 100 Syrup should not be used if you have the following conditions:
- History of hepatic dysfunction with prior use of azithromycin
